My brother had an open heart surgery when he was 5 years. Now he is 22.He is currently working and physically fit and not taking any kind of treatments or medicines. But when it Comes to medical clearance for work visa it is getting rejected due to only the scar visible in xray... What's the remedy.. After a full body examination can he get a medically fit certificate apart from the scar visible in xray. Why the medical clearance is repeatedly rejecting only because of the scar?

Hi, I have done my father's ECG. He is 65 years old and doesn't have any symptoms. Kindly check the attached ECG.

My father had CABG last year and in the consultations after his discharge( 3months, 6months) the doctor didn't advise for any tests to be done(like ECG,ECHO). He has been sleeping a lot when he's tired. I heard from others who had a similar surgery that these tests are usually done during consultations. My father isn't someone who tells us if he has mild discomforts and he has been the same after the surgery also. I am scared whenever he sleeps a lot now. Are these tests a regular protocol of some sort? Should we look for a different doctor for consultation?

Hello I am a 18 years old student from last one year I am having chest pain on stretching changing position or when bending my body. I also have shortness of breath sometimes and anxiety too. My mother had a major heart attack 2 months ago and she had gone for angioplasty and had 3 stents 2 in her right artery and 1 in LAD and they impeded another blockage with balloon. She hasn't been feeling good not even one day after the procedure. Her blood pressure has been very low since she had angioplasty. From last two weeks ago her BP is coming very low She is in the hospital and even with NORAD her BP is not coming up. All the tests are coming normal and they did Echo her heart is at 63% It doesn't make any sense We are located in Jalandhar Someone please advice Thanks

One of my friends had recently conducted an ECG and Echocardiogram on his doctor's advice. The Echo showed dilated left ventricle with an EF of around 59%. He is confused whether it is a case of DCM or not and has asked my help. Can anyone help me out in this question. What is the LVEF associated with cases of DCM? Please help..
