I felt a brief squeezing pain in my heart on the right chest area when I turned to my right side while sleeping. It disappeared as soon as I woke up. Last week, I had an ECG, echo, TMT, and chest X-ray, and all results were normal. Today I was sleeping on right side and felt some sharp pain in chest area. It disappeared as soon as I changed the sleeping position. What could be the cause?"

Kindly check my ecg is it normal. I have anexity problem. Some times chest tideness and breathing difficulty

Hi all My mother had stabbing pain in her chest and also chest pain comes and goes, this has been happening for the last 2 years and the reports ECG,TMT,ECHO are absolutely fine for multiple times. I had a blood test last month which shows high Serum triglyceride 5nmol/L. How dangerous it is. Shall I do fasting to reduce this?

In May 2024, I had my total cholestrole 292,  tryglyceride 200 & HDL 60. Doctor prescribed me rosuvastin 20mg. After one and half month of medication my total cholestrole was 138 but my SGOP,SGPT & alkaline phosphate increased significantly due to this doctor told me to discontinue the medication. Now after one and half month, my  lever function became normal but my total cholestrole is 300,  tryglyceride 168 & HDL 48. Please suggest remedial measures

My father aged 51yrs had heart attack 10 months back and undergone pci for the same Now the lvf has improved from 35% to 50% And every report is normal now What can be the approx life expectancy of the patient?
