Respected Doctors, Kindly review ECG report 🙏 Doctor told everything is normal. Kindly review the ecg and comment. 9 months before I tested for TMT & ECG. It was normal too

Can ECG show previous heart issue or attack? Sometime back, I thought I was having a heart attack. But with the rest and medication, the pain went away.. 5 days later, I got an ECG done, which has come out to be normal. I was wondering if that episode was related then they would have been able to detect the damage to my heart

Hello sir I have done my lipid profile test and ECG as directed by doctor. Both are normal. But still doctor given me Ecosprin av 75/10 medicine . I didn't ask anything to doctor. But now questions come in mind why doctor given me that medicine when my lipid profile is well within the normal range? Is Ecosprin av 75/10 also used in other disease other then high cholesterol or heart disease? Please tell

I am taking rosuvastatin10 ,Aspirn 75 mg and telmisartan 20 mg for the last 4 years as my chlostrol was on higher side .since I have started the medication lipid profile is normal. Now in sep 2023 suddenly my HBA1C was 6.6.Although I have managed it up to 5.6  in March 24 following healthy diet and walking please guide me if rosuvastatin10 has side effect and lead to high blood sugar..,if yes can I stop taking this medicine.please guide.
