Doctor, why my BP reading show differently in both arms. Left hand reading - 127/96 and 130/95 and right hand show -130/90 and 133/86. I am confused whether I have BP or not? Please advice 🙏

I'm having chest pain for few months now though it's not persistent. I feel like I can pin point it but not exactly and I'm having too much gas still I'm not sure if the pain is because of GERD. The pain is not severe it persist for 30 to 40 secs and sometimes for a min or two. Very few times I feel pain in lower right side...it's rare and mild. When I took a long breath once it pained and it was not that mild though not severe as it is very rare. I also have bad posture like from 3 or 4 years now. Now, the pain is like pressure or pinching I don't know. I'm also not sure if it's movement related or radiates to any parts of my body. I don't feel symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, and stuff like that. Sometimes the pain is not on the lower left side it's near the front shoulder like at upper side in left.

Hello doctor .my son is 7yrs old .he had nephrotic syndrome in march and got cured.along with it he had bp also doc gave him envas 1.5 tablet twice a day. Now again he got relapse and his bp was 130/80. Doctr also prescribed amlodipine along with envas. Doc pls tell me why his bp is persistent.what should i do?

I am 30y old male non diabetic and non hypertensive with normal lipids but am a smoker am having chest pain from past two years, I did lot of ecgs, echos, tmts and trop I s all are negative but still am having pain so I underwent CT coronary angiography which showed normal coronaries even though am having pain even after angiography I did EKGs echos tmts and trop I again they were normal so I took antianxiolites and antidepressants but also no improvement so on 8th of this month finally I went for conventional coronary angiography which again showed normal coronaries with normal blood flow but from yesterday night again am having chest pain,left hand pain and back pain so unable to understand what exactly my problem is and very scared of heart disease so please tell me what exactly is my problem and why am having pain even after all tests are normal please please please please please please please help me

Hi, My chest hurts every day ,and some times pain in shoulder back side and joints comes and goes, left hand pain and crams in fingers, doctor said ECG,2d echo normal and my troponine I is < 0.01 pg/ml what is reason for this regular pain plz advise.
