Dear sir Today I done a 2d echo, in that left ventricle EDD IS 5.1 and earlier report it is 4.0 and 4.8 ( I done 2 times in the last two years). Is this any problem?? My heart is enlarged?? Upto at what value left ventricle EDD IS normal sir?? Please check the report sir. Is there any medicine to decrease the left ventricle EDD SIR??

For the last 10 days, I have been facing frequent urges to take deep breaths short of breath and yawn with some chest pressure. After that, I feel relaxed. I go for running daily 2-3KMs, which makes me feel relaxed. The issue is mostly in sitting position. While doing any exercise or pranyam, I feel best. All diagnostic tests have been done including Xray, ECG, TMT which came out normal. Reports are attached. What could be the issue? Plz help.

My father js 63 years,his total cholesterol is 232, non hdl is 178 and ldl is 161... What is the treatment and if there anything to worry about?

Due to dilation  of Aortic Root and Ascending Aorta ( 4.8 cms ) I was told by Cardiologist to measure bp once in two weeks and if Systolic above 130 consistently to see him. My BP now is 130/100. He did not mention about diastolic pressure. Is this an issue or can the diastolic value be ignored if Systolic is normal. Taking Concor AM 5mg.

I went through pacemaker surgery on 19th February 2024. Now Can I move my left arm (pacemaker has been implemented on the left side) above the shoulder ? How much weight I can lift from left hand. Regards Ramesh Jha

My pulse rate got high 150. While i was just sitting and doing nothing. Second time it got high when i was driving. What can be the problem..... and what should i do .... ?

Sir my BP is 138/90 and heart 130 while resting for 2 months...my 2d echo report says poor echo window, limited study...is this normal...

मुझे लास्ट 6 महीने से लेफ्ट चेस्ट में पैन है ये दर्द मेरी पीठ में भी होता है और जब में अपनी गर्दन को को नीचे आगे की ओर झुकता हु तो ये दर्द और बढ़ जाता है लगता है जैसे कि कोई नस खीच रही हो मेने अभी 4 महीने पहले कार्डिलोजिस्ट से मिलकर ecg echo tmt चेस्ट x ray ब्लड टेस्ट लिपिड प्रोफाइल शुगर थाइरोइड टेस्ट करवाये है सब नार्मल है फिर भी चेस्ट पैन है डर। ने मुझे anxity की दवाई दी थी जी से मुझे कुछ दिन आराम मिला लेकिन दावा खत्म होने के बाद दर्द फिर से चालू होगया था दर्द दिन भर होता ही रहता है में सुबह 20 से 25 minute की ब्रिस्क वाक करता हु मुझे थकावट नही होती है और मैने vit b12 की भी जांच कराई b12 242 था में क्या करूँ में बहुत परेशान हु और लेफ्ट साइड सीने की आगे की strunum हड्डियों को दवाने से दर्द भी होता है

Requesting ur opinion on my ekg.. chest tightness n anxiety since 2 days.. same happened 1 month back and that time evaluated by cardiologist with ECG and eco.. unrelated but also have mild headache. Thought its high bp but numbers are moderate- 140/90-150/90

SIR I FEEL MILD chest pain sometimes while sitting sometimes during exercise so I have done tmt test i attached rest and peak exercise ecg please check and advise normal or any changes in ecg??? Attached here
