Two days before I climb a 1500 steps With my son from that day pain started on my back  after 2 days medicine doctor said me for ECG so I done yesterday night in ECG showing minimum changes and rbbb so he referred me for trop t test so I was confused know for backech why we need this all please give me suggestions and guide me

I am very much concerned of heart rate. I measure it all the time sometimes it comes 65-66 and sometimes reach 100 while on bed. 2 week before i did holter also and it came normal. Echo tmt done in april and was normal. But sometimes i feel an unusual feeling in chest and feels that bpm has came down, what it is pl help.

My mother has to have stent exchange/ removal ( Gallbladder removed in 2017 and the stent wasn't removed since then as doctor didn't informed us about the stent ) procedure in August.
