Please doctor check my report. Attached are my holter test report. Please doctor give some recommendations and suggestions.

Hi I recently did a 2d echo , ecg and stress test . All my tests were Normal except one point in 2d echo which mention mild impaired LV relaxation. I am not sure what this means? All my other reports are normal. My kidney is fine..fasting sugar is 95..hb1ac is 5.1 My BP temporarily was high in may at 160/80 levels but I was on medication for a month and it came down to normal 120/80 in June-hajve been asked to discontinue for a week by my doctor to wait and watch. Pls suggest on mild impaired LV relaxation. Regards

No eleary history of bp. but suddenly one day my reading was high . all test done no issue . my doctor gave the above medication but after that my bp is normal. can I reduce or change the medication

Hello Sir/Ma'am, On left arm, shoulder and in full hand, it feels heavy and pain. Specially during night/sleep, it feels stressed all over left hand. My age is 38 and as per recent report - Triglycerides - 193 mg/dl HDL - 43.7 mg/dl LDL - 107 mg/dl Cholesterol Total - 158.6 mg/dl Vit D - 21.31 ng/ml  (Taking medicine for Vit D now). Thyroid - TSH 6.78    (T3,T4 are in range) (Taking medicine) What is the cause and what should be done to reverse this left hand side/ back heavyness and pain. Thanks.

My Echo Parmeters are - LVIDd - 4.7, LVEF -55 . I want to know what is normal value for LVIDd . What causes increase in LVIDd . Does large LVIDd means increase in Herat size ?

Please check the ecg and troponin high sensitivity i level attached.ecg has inferior infarct. Pain in chest is chief complaint.
