I was diagnosed with high bp 140/85.2 months ago since then I was taking beta blocker medicine metoporol succinate 50 mg by doctor reconedation. But my bp is normal now 124/80. Now I had stopped taking medicine 10 days ago. My heart rate prior medication was between 72-78. But since I was taking medicine my heart rate was 45-48. But after stopping medicine my heart rate is still same why? ( my age is 24).

Please suggestion solution and condition of patient . Present patient using High bp medicine. Patient got dizziness while walking 100 steps .

He was admitted a month ago due to mild heart failure and the conditions improved so was discharged with following medications- Prolomet xl Dytor Eliquis Olmesartan Is this pain a matter of concern.
