Heart Palpitation in Arthritis Patient

Hello, I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis 6 years ago. From last 3 years i am facing issues with heart Palpitation and hypertension for which I have taken propranolol 40 for last 3 years and recently i have dropped it and started telmisartan metoprolol 40/50 but during 1st few hours of the day i am facing the palpitation over 115 beats per minute which clears after few hours. Is it due to arthritis or withdrawal of propranolol. Bp is normal Please help

Metoprolol also controls heart rate similar to propranolol. Please get an ECG done, an Echocardiography and get a consultation at the earliest.
