Heaviness in chest,
I sometimes feel heaviness in chest, my 2D echo is normal, TMT is negative for ischemia but there were some changes in ecg while recovery. My liver has mild Fibrosis due to obesity and poor diet and lifestyle. Should I be worried for sudden cardiac issues?

I think rather than worrying about sudden cardiac death, you should work on your lifestyle. You should try to eat healthy, exercise regularly and reduce your weight gradually. When the treadmill test is negative, the chances of sudden cardiac death due to heart attack is very low.
