i went to doctor one year back because of anxiety and panic attacks...
he did ecg echo tmt and everything is clear, my heart rate was 100+ in ecg so doctor wrote 10 mg inderal...

now these days I'm feeling anxious, but my heart rate lies between 70-80, is it ok to Take Inderal 10 mg even though my heart rate not above 100+?? is it safe to take inderal in heart rat 70-80 ?
