High blood pressure
For the last 5 years, I have measured bp two times a day ,as I am a patient of occular migraine, neurologist told me to monitor bp , my bp always remains normal at home , last week due to migraine severe headache, I thought something bad like brain tumor, sudden my bp shoot up to 150/100 then I immediately visited ER , there my bp came 180/100 ,ECG normal,ECHO normal, TROPONIN normal, brain MRI normal, But I am suffering from migraine and sinusitis After observing the echo cardiologist said that you need not medicine, but as safety he prescribed nebistar 2.5 mg , should I continue the medicine

You definately need medication at that level of Bp. Do continue unless your SBP (Upper BP) is below 100
