High blood pressure
Sir, I don't know whether I have high blood pressure or not? When I go to hospital my bp and pulse rate rise to 144/105, pulse - 110 but in home my BP was 130/83, 135/86 and 140/88
Why my BP is high in hospital but in home it is 134/85. Please advice 🙏

Home bp is best technique for knowing true bp. Bp in hospital is raised in many people due to anxiety. SBP below 130 and DBP below 85 do not require any medication, just lifestyle changes and monitoring
