For your age, it is a normal ECG. Such variation is commonly seen in young and thin individuals. LVH is something which happens in patients who have chronic long-standing high blood pressure levels. If you want, you can get an echocardiogram done to know if the LH is actually there or not, Echo is the gold standard test for LBH.
