Persistent dizziness and mild headache
I have persistent feeing of dizziness and headache. It is throughout the day. Is it something related to my brain or heart? I am concerned. I have a desk job of 9 hours daily. How can I check if its only due to my lifestyle that I am having this feeling.

First do basic tests- blood pressure, blood tests. Second Do eye check up for Refractive error Third - if neck pain is there - take an xray Fourth- if above are normal - take ECG and then if needed echo. Fifth - if any associated vomiting/ blurry vision- need neurology workup.
