Dizziness
I felt always dizzy sensation after walking and exercise it's feel high ...one year back my all cardio tests are done ..like ecg.2d eco,tmt and all blood tests all are normal but I felt dizzy 24 hours ..

It may not be related to cardiac problem. I advise to meet a neurophysician to rule out vertigo

Dizziness may be caused by many conditions. But the way you have described, you should consult ENT surgeon, if everything fine then consult neurophysician for further investigation.
