ECG DIZZINESS
Currently taking Nebicard 2.5 and Cilacar T Current BP 130/90. Having dizziness since 2 days. Attached  ECG being taken due to dizziness. Physician advised to take echo . Previous echo taken 6 months back shows ascending aortic dilatation 47mm. Does my BP to be reduced further.

Your blood pressure control is okay according to the guidelines. At present, ECG is also not showing any major abnormalities. Continue same with medication. Do regular BP monitoring. Consult with the Neurologist for dizziness. If possible, please share the old report of 2D ECHO
