Sudden bp shoot up
I daily monitor my bp , it always comes in normal, before 10 days sudden my bp reached to 180/100 My echo report is quite normal, the cardiologist said your bp generally remains normal, I have an ECG report, pls look , is it normal to increased bp 180/100 after walking to hospital, what should be bp if we walk

Slight increase in blood pressure happens normally in all the individuals but it should start in or around the normal range. You reading is very high and not normal
