Your overall cardiovascular profile looks reasonably good for your age, and based on the reports you shared, this does not look like a situation that urgently requires BP medication right now. It looks more like borderline / early hypertension with elevated diastolic pressure, where lifestyle optimization is the first-line approach.
Next Steps
Intensive lifestyle measures for 3–6 months But you should consider medication later if: * BP persistently stays >135/85 at home * diastolic remains >90 consistently * strong family history * kidney disease/diabetes develops * lifestyle efforts fail after ~3–6 months Reduce triglycerides aggressively This is more important right now than the BP. Avoid/reduce: * sugary drinks * sweets * fruit juices * excess rice/maida/bread * fried food * alcohol (very important if applicable) Increase: * protein intake * vegetables * salads * nuts in moderation * omega-3 rich foods * walking/exercise * Keep salt ideally
