High cholesterol levels and HbA1C is 6.5
I am 48 year old. No medications have been using so far. I had my whole body check up last month. My HbA1C levels are 6.5 ( no medicines are used) Some moderate to high ranges of lipid profile is also observed in report. Can you please advice whether I have to be on medication or I can manage it with lifestyle changes for diabetes and cholesterol. And if with lifestyle changes.. What changes have to be done? Any other suggested are greatful. Kindly suggest what should be done now. I am attaching my recent reports of  lipid profile reports of recent one's(2024) and previous year's reports. (2023) Thank you.
