Cholesterol levels
I am male 43 years 80 kg Kindly advise me about my cholesterol levels. Cholesterol level 233 Triglycerides 180 LDL 155 VLDL 36. Should I go for any medications?

Hello, yes you are having little bit of higher values than normal, they are still in borderline range for high risk. With strict diet control and cardio workout, consistently you can keep them in control,. Otherwise you need to take medicine. Attest 30min of exercise that make you sweat, like jogging, going to gym, swimming, morning and evening will help, avoid smoking and drinking, avoid all high calorie foods, fatty foods, junk foods, too much non veg foods, yellow part of egg, avoiding them keeps your lipid profile of blood in check.
