High cholesterol
I had a problem with high cholesterol my total cholesterol is two twenty one ldl one forty six hdl thirty six vldl thirty nine triglycerides two eighty now what should I do I am a smoker but I have decreased it gradually do I have to start statins if I start statins then can I stop them after my cholesterol is reduced

Hi You should be started on statins... You will need it for a long time to avoid further complications.... Consult physician get evaluated for the same....
