Trace trivial tricuspid regurgitation found in my echocardiography. is it serious?what treatment needed?

Hi, I am feeling pain on the left, presumably heart pain. It all started a month a ago wherein I felt sudden discomfort. Drank a glass of water that made be feel better. Since then, I am coming across short of sharp pain frequently. I have done an ECG test. Report is attached. Please look into the matter.

Hi doctor On Apr 8th I have got c-section done, this is my second c-section. On operation day, there was heart scan done, n doctor discussed something with my husband n he didn't say anything to me. Hello Sir/Madam The attached reports of ECG and Echo are done as an part of yearly routine check up. The person is not experiencing any chest pain or breathlessness and does all the regular activities. He is having sugar and tanking the medication for the same. His HBA1C is 6.5. Please look after the reports. Is it normal?
