Im, suffering chest pain pain when I'm getting yawning from last 1 month and it's happening hold day

Hi, I was diagnosed with covid with Ct value of 14 on 12th April and hypertension patient .Post covid I had an increased heartbeat of 110 and blood pressure of 140/100. On the advice of doctor I had been given tenoric 50 . I have been regularly measuring my bp was in range of 120/82  and today it was 103/63 with a heart beat of 61. Do I need to reduce medications?

I think I am having post covid cardio phobia. After covid I read a lot that covid can cause heart damage and heart attack. Initially after recovery my heart rate used to increase (RHR 100-110) so I did ecg and echo and it was fine. From last 6,7 days (2 months after recovery ) my RHR is around 60-65 in morning and night and now I am again fearing if some heart damage is done and thinking to do echo again. Do I need to repeat such test. How to come over this fear

First covid(moderate-mild) , then septoplasty since I had extreme breathing issues during COVID time. My dad had blood clot in brain for that doctor given medicine n at the same time in heart it had one valve working 48%. So let me know for can we go Angiogram. Neurologist suggest that first to clear the blood clot then after go for the Angiogram for heart. Can any suggest me about this.
