Hello, Patient was admitted tk hosp 2 months back for breathlessness. His LVEF was 35% in the 2d echo and had water in lungs. Now patient is perfectly fine doing all activities and walk daily. Recently done ecg. Can someone tell if the results are good/ better.

Hello, My Dad (age 64yrs) is having sugar level high and also cholesterol levels high. He is getting bp 142/72. Report are attached. He also has mild age related vertigo problem. He is not on any medicines. Should be consult a cardiologist or general physician? Is this a cause of concern?

Okay doctors can you please help me with this? I have been noticing this since few weeks..whenever I go to bathroom no.2 I get breathless while doing it and after I leave the bathroom it stays for mins but goes away and I get discomfort in chest area(no pain/pressure/rightness) but I never get breathless while walking or climbing stairs..what is this? I go for echo at time my heart rate is up 130 due to anxiety echo report came normal Impression are. Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction Ejection fraction. 54 Kya heart rate high se echo parameters change ho jate h  as ef Valvular disease can be detected???

I have been taking medicine for high BP for few months . Most of the times my BP is normal. But after knowing through some queries that if anyone gets high bp then that person has to take medicine for lifetime. I have stopped taking BP medcine for last two weeks . And my BP is quite normal . 130/80. I want to get an honest anwer wether i have to take pills for life time or is there anyother way to controll it ?

I am a post covid pateient .Its about 2 months. Now I got recovered.i found possitive on 12 April. My concern is that on seating,standing or  in normal workout my bpm is goes to  68 to 76 but when I go for walk or do fast walking its go around 163 bpm. Whats the problem.is it related to heart problem .No chest  pain while in breathing and no breathing problem and my spo2 is 98%. Please suggest.
