Attached are my cbc, crp, lipid and lft reports. I feel breathlessness while sleeping. Gets well after drinking a glass of water or eating a biscuit. This happens rarely specially in summers and on days when I extend my exercise session and do excessive sweating. Daytime SP02 is 95/96/97 Bp: 65/105 to 70/110 Please advise? Also check if blood reports are ok?

I took my vaccination  1st dose (covishield) on 13th of last month. Had fever and body pains which were gone in 2 days but on day 3 , sharp chest pain started on lower left side..so, went to cardiologist..had ECG and 2 D echo and said no problem in them, might be just muscle pain or acid reflux..gave prantoprazole and paracetamol+chlorzoxazone...Everything seemed fine after using them... Then again yesterday (after 2 weeks) the chest pain returned and lasted for an hour (i took prantoprazole) and reduced...but after an hour or so, my left arm started aching...now i don't have pain in chest but the aching on left arm wont go away...what is happening with me.. please help...is it due to vaccine reaction or just acid reflux or any other serious thing like myocarditis or pericarditis (googled some stuff)

My father 61 ,having varicose veins since his 40 almost 60 percent veins are swollen Nowadays his legs pain in the night most of the time ,nights goes sleepless sometimes... I am having this feeling for a time that I skipped a breath, like I am breathing normally but out of the blues It stops for a sec and normal again. I have been vaccinated. Oxygen level is 98. I can talk normally. I can sing song breath taking but I don't know what this is. Please let me know.

I did my ecg and doctor said it's normal,but there was an mention in the report which shows extreme tachycardia...what is extreme tachycardia and is it a point of concern??

I am 25 year male. Not obese. Weight 60 kg. Blood Pressure is high always. 3 years ago in a routine medical checkup doctor found it 134/95 Yesterday measurement 145/100 Whenever I go to doctor they say control ur diet. Since last month I am only eating salad and papaya & dal & egg. But my BP is still high. Though I sometime found it normal in digital meters. But due to yesterday's result I am confuse about the accuracy of that machine too. Last month I was diagnosed with Hepatic Steatosis grade 2 with altered liver function.. Did ECG & CHEST X RAY 3 years ago. All was normal. I am totally confused about my condition & I have two pre employment medical within upcoming 2 month. Please suggest me what should I do.
