Hello doctor,I am double valve replacement patient.I take daily blood thinner tablet {warf 5} daily.my question is that can I take covishield vaccine?

Palpitations I have Palpitations lasting for a long time.  about 30 minutes Please suggest somthing

I was having covid on 21st of april since than i have breathing difficulty when i sleep straight , ecg echo tmt normal , chest ct score 0 but have subtle bilateral basal dependant atelactasis, also noticed little brearthing trouble when i wake up in the morning it goes after some time , have chest tightness near sternum little towards right for past 1 month which comes and goes

My heart rate is 120+ since last three hours but I am fine. Just have minor cold. Please advise why this is happening

I had covid 19 two months back and was negative on 27th of April. I was under home isolation. The oxygen was normal all times but I got high fever for 3 days and 99-99.6 fever for around 20 days. Also I had post covid issues like high pulse rate and anxiety. The cholesterol was slightly increased (previously 173 post covid 197) I did echo and ecg and it was fine. Do I also need to do TMT. Can covid cause plaque buildup in arteries also ? I am not sure if right now I should put too much exertion of a TMT on my body.( I had one tmt in April and it was normal). I sometimes have chest pain behind sternum which doctor says is due to gastritis or esophagus inflammation. I had similar problem in the past also.

My heart rate is constantly at 115 to 135+ No physical symptoms apart from sore throat, no other medical issues, not on any medication. People say this is a sign of heart attack. Or just anxiety?

My mother had mitral valve repair in 2009 and left above knee amputation in Jan2021 and currently she is taking below medicine - 1-Rivaroxaban 20mg 1 dose 2-Ecosprin 150/20 1dose 3- Betaloc 25mg 2 dose Can you please help me the with the below two queries: 1- Ecosprin 150/20 quantity is fine or shall we change to Ecosprin 75/20? 2- My mother is still feeling the phantom pain.how to reduce this pain?
