I have chest pain (in the heart area )that occurred whenever I bend back ward with hands up started from today morning .yesterday I breath deeply to practice pmr and do physical exercise . Any problem if I  apply volini like spray on that area ?

Hi sir, I had a fever past 5weeks before , the fever gone In a day ., but from that day I was feeling tired ,blurred vision, and my hands shaky at the time of breakfast and lunch,blurred vision I check with the eye hospital and they said I have 0.25 in one eye so they gave me specks, I use it whenever I use my system, If I see my mobile for a 2 to 3 mins my vision is blurred ,my doctor gave me 2 tablets for a month replasim and multireach ,please suggest me what would be the problem I can't be as normal I am not active and some confusion .please suggest me.sujest me for anyhealth drinks that improve my situation

I feel like someone is poking by pin or needle in my chest, not actually a pain, but sensation. Feels sophhositicated and restlessness...It has been happning since a week intermitently but a bit increased recently...Visiting hospitals are dangerous at moment due to covid outbreaks and heavy presence of covid patients... I have little pressure in right chest and some times pain in left shoulder joint , tingling in left wrist and right wrist mostly left and a minty burning feeling in upper chest mear collar bone , ecg normal , echo normal , have anxiety issues triglyceride 255 and uric acid 8.1 , was covid positive on 21st april , all problems started after that only

I'm 30 year's old . I just notice that whenever i take deep breath my pulse rate increases and when breath out it decreases. I don't feel any pain on chest even i check my blood pressure it was 130/80. Is irregular pulse is risky or dangerous. And how can i get rid off this problem. From last few weeks, feeling pain at back left side and sometimes pain comes to front lower to heart.
