Hello, Doctor has prescribed  prolomet am 50mg and ivabrad 5mg morning and night. Morning took the tablets, night checked the bp, it was normal befre taking night tablets. Should i take night tablets also? Will it cause low bp and low heart rate because the bp and heart rate was normal befre taking tablets

He is not able to sleep for long he just sleeps 3-4 hr in 24 hrs and there is no other problem or any symptoms and the blood test was also normal

From last 8 month I am observing that my heart beat remain 90 above, Many times I have do ECG but doctor says ECG is normal ,I have no symptoms, last I was on migraine prophylaxis treatment,for 6 month I took Flunarazine + propranolol Serta Amusulpride After completing this course I observe heart beat is high before this treatment my heart beat was 75 in resting condition

4 June D Dimer-1800 (sample date 30 may) We had doubts, so did d dimer on 5 June. It was 200 But on 4th june night and 5th june morning father had taken dabigatran blood thinner. Question 1: Does taking blood thinner lower d dimer? Then after one week course of blood thinner, report of 13 june: D dimer:200 Question 2: Should we conclude that first report (d dimer 1800) was false?

Is their any possibility of getting shortness of breath after the covishield vaccine 1st dose ? Kindly suggest.

After taking the 1st dose of covishield I am having shortness of breath all the time and also feeling very anxious.

I was feeling high palpitations and pulse rate.Got my ecg done which showed low atrial rhythm..My echo and tmt was also done which came perfectly ok...I am a bp patient but my bp is normal...taking olmat 20 for 10 years..bp is 130/80...for palpitations my doc added embeta xr-25...I don't want to add a medication...I feel because of anxiety and stress plus gas formation in tummy is leading to high palpitations and pulse rate...please advise!!!

Post covid, Father's d dimer came out to be 1800 (report came 5days after sample collection), and he had no clot symptoms so we consulted doctor, he advised blood thinners. However we did the test again from a better lab after two days, it came out to be 160. In these two days, he had blood thinner dabigatran 150 BD. On doc's advise, after 15 days, we again tested him, the d dimer is 180. Now we are planning to stop the medication. My question is: Will a blood thinner alter his reports this much, ie from 1800 to 160? Or we can safely stop medication by discarding the first report as faulty?

I have been checking my blood pressure regularly and it was 144/96 when I met a physician.he advised me to take Telma 20 for 6 six weeks which I have taken now unable to visit him.today morning I checked my BP and it is 134/96.please give some advice.

Sir Past two months I have fast Heart rate while sleeping and lest chest discomfort and my echo test also normal now my jugular vein tight feel and pulsation why it's happening ???
