Can you diagnose familial Hypercholestrolemia without a genetic test like with symptoms, my father had high  cholesterol and high triglycerides, he is 55 years old, except him only one other family member has cholesterol which is recently diagnosed (she is 65+ years old, plus sibling of my father) although my lifestyle is too much bad to conclude fh, i am overweight bmi -28 (had a bmi of 30) but i am 21 , used to eat a lot of junk food(a lot means alot) like daily and even if i have fh lets say how to like diagnose it properly with some test or things like that and where?

I am taking inderal 20 since 2019 and now I have reduced dose to 10 mg one time for last 4 days . Now when I am sitting my pulse is 90 and when I stand up it goes 100 . Sometimes it is 80-85. I am having hypothyroidism also . Inderal start due to palpitations . Now I am ok . How I can quit inderal medicine

Fluid drainage after coronary bypass surgery not stopping My father  had a coronary bypass surgery 14 days back. He had 3 chest tubes after the surgery. 2 of those were removed within 5 days. Now it’s been 14 days but the last one hasn’t been removed yet. The doctor is saying that his fluid level is fluctuating. Yesterday it was 250 ml, today it increased to 300ml. Is this serious cause of concern? Can it be life threatening? I am scared.

I am having high heart rate for last 2years and m taking propranolol tablet 10mg once daily. Recently I am having trouble while sleeping at night where by whole body becomes freezed starting from legs and hands and finally the chest tightens and unable to breathe and I wake up with heavy heart beat. It doesn't happen daily but often I face this. After some stretching and relaxation iam able to sleep again. But during the episode I am totally confused as I am sleeping during that time and wake up to uncontrolled actions. Though I am ok with all the activities while awake without any problem. Is it a cardio or neuro problem as my ecg and echo are ok.

I had left hand pain...left side shivering...ecg report was normal...what is the reason of pain and shivering..

I get needle pricking pain which last for 2-5sec and goes off, I had a ecg too, it's normal. I was undertaken blood test too. Hb was less 10.5 but recently it's 12, I take heamup syrup daily. Am I deficient in vitamins and other supplements? I have muscle pain down the neck back and wen I bend my head to feet I feel pain and I get pain in my hands and fingers of left hand. I feel pain wen I move my neck left to right and viseversa
