Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi I am under BP medication from past 2 yrs. I was initially having Cardace h5 and later changed to Cardace 5mg as per doctor advice. My BP was normal for many days. But from past one week my BP is in high range like 140/95 as average. But some times 147/104 range even after having Cardace 5mg. My heart beat also would be in high range if I climb stairs 20steps (135 bpm). I have sometimes headaches in temple area and light dizziness. Presently on Gastric tablets, BP tablet and Rotacap inhaler for my Shortness of breath (Budesonide 200mcg). I have had multiple tests for Cardiac evaluation like CT Angiography, TMTs, Echos, ECGs over 3 yrs and all are normal till date. I was Covid Positive last Aug 2020 with Asymptomatic and recovered. Post Covid I have done Holter, TMT, ECG and all are normal. Please advise why my BP is more and wat to do

Hi, My father has 3 stents via angio done 2 yrs back. Planning for taking covid vaccine now. Need help to know whether i need to take any test prior vaccine. He doesn't have BP and sugar. Dear sir My total cholesterol level -194 Hdl-47 Cdl-131 Non hdl-147 My blood suger And BP  is normal. How i can decrease my CDL and NON HDL. What is this level bed for me. MY age is 34 and weight 62kg.

Can arteriosclerosis be reversed by lower cholesterol,if someone is having plaque in arteries, or is it irreversible.
