At 9 am systolic 125 & dystolic 73, pulse 70. At 8pm the readings are 140, 80, 75. The readings mentioned are average of 3 readings. This is the pattern for almost all days with minor variation. Why this much difference in the BP in the morning and evening?. I am 76 years old male, not diabetic and taking no bp tablets. Taking one DUTALOSIN tablet per day for prostate connected problem. Otherwise I am very healthy. My only concern is why the difference in the morning and evening BP readings. Thanks in advance

Hello, doc has prescribed high bp, high heart rate tablets for one month as bp n heart rate was high. After taking this tablets for two days, now bp n heart rate are normal. Should i continue tablets for a month even if bp n heart rate normal? Can the tablets cause low bp n low heart rate now?

I had mild chest pain for last one year and on February did angiogram which was normal... but before entering angiogram lab they give me IV injections( I think Avil n calmpose) in sitting position ...after few minutes I got dizziness and became unconscious then after lying down for few minutes became normal.. then angiogram was done and no side effects after angio apart from skin rash in hand which gone away in few minutes ... My question can I take COVID vaccine as I got to dizziness and unconscious state after IV injection for few minutes and also skin rash after angio?

After covid I have palpitation.so I done ecg test.I attached my ecg report.is ecg report normal or any problem?

My report says borderline positive for reversible myocardial iischemia. Please correlate clinically in view of asymptomatic STT changes during the test What does this mean??

My husband aged 35 year has a resting bpm of 84 and ecg on apple watch  although normal but shows current  bpm as 91 /93 /87 . Is it normal or should I be worried . Here is the enclosed ecg report snip .

I did my TMT on 16th of April and after that on 18th April I was detected covid positive. That time I did as I was having acid reflux issues. I got covid negative on 29th April after home isolation. After that I was having problem of rapid heartbeat specially while climbing stairs etc. So I visited a cardio who did ecg and echo and it was all fine. He told it was because of anxiety. Now the heartbeat is mostly normal ( resting heart rate 60-70 after waking in the morning). But sometimes while walking i feel slight chest pain (especially when I walk more than 20-25 minutes). Do I need to repeat TMT again? Is it possible that covid infection can cause plaque in arteries even when the first TMT came out as fine ? Kindly suggest.

Hello doctor, on April 21 I got symptoms of covid, I dint tested but fever was there for 7 days, after that asthma problem raised took nebolizer treatment, and steroids course for 8 days, my thyroid raised, my sugar also raised, chest pain was there, for that doctor prescribed me Nicoran 5, then aniexty attacks took ten days course now feeling better, now from 2-3 days feeling restless normally I have low BP issue.thought it is low BP issue, but symptoms is like of high BP, if I'll take Bp reading from hands it's show low BP and from legs it's show high 143/93 in home, not understanding which reading I should consider, n going through early manopouse m getting in every 5-6 months, not understanding it's heart related issue, or lungs issue as, (every 2-3 days m feeling whistling in my chest)or  its gynaecologist issue, iheard bp fluctuations happen in manopouse stage..pls guide..I am very much disturb.
