After angiography , do doctors show the angiography report to the patient's family or not ? What is the procedure of angiography ? Kindly suggest

My brother 35 year old had covid with hrct 18/25 , 40 days ago ..he was prescribed steroids and anti coagulants ..now he has appeared for tests and today his D-Dimer is 1.20 mg/l ,LDH lactate dehydrogenase is 300 u/l , sugar level (r) 82, crp 2.45 mg/l,ESr 15 , total leucocyte count 15.7, RBC 5.74, hemoglobin 16.5, mpv 8.9, lymphocytes 19.1...what should be the next treatment approach ?

Since 5-6 days m feeling shortening of breath.. low in nfingers and legs... Checked BP it's 150/100 nd pulse rate 95-105 up down...

Hi on 18/6/2021 I got vacination Covishild 1st dose by 9.45am in mrng by evening I got feverish body pain night I took Dolo650 tablet i got sweating in night I was feeling fine by morning again started to body pain and bit feverish so I had my breakfast upma and took one more tablet by 10am now it times 11.57 from past few minutes I'm getting chest pain I don't know why can anyone please help on this I got diagnosed for PCOS in April and I'm under medication with Normoz tablet I don't have any allergies
