Cholesterol
10 days before my Total cholesterol was 211. HDL 44, LDL 108, VLDL 59, Triglycerides 294. I did lot of exercise and changed my diet. I didn't take any medicine.
After 10 days Total cholesterol was 195, HDl 46, VLDL 37, Triglycerides 188 but LDL is 110. Is it a cause to worry or is it normal?

About covid 19 vaccine 1st dose

Sinus tachycardia
My mom aged 49 feels like her heart is beating little fast. In pulse oximeter, her pulserate is always around 100.
Took Ecg today, its says 'Sinus tachycardia' and 'borderline repolarization abnormality'.
Doctor prescribed livikind tablet.
