Defference batween telsartan am 40/5 mg and telsartan 40 and  is ok if we change tablet  telsartan am 40/5 to telsartan 40 mg

Hello Sir! As per recent health report, my good cholesterol is 38.40. What diet I should follow to make good of the same? All other parameters are completely normal and Doctor's remark is 'Client is fit'

My question is related to pulse value for a covid patient 61 year old with no history of heart issue and no BP/diabetes. Pulse variates between 50-90. Is low pulse ok or need to be worried? He is on oxygen intermittently and saturation is above 95. Does usage of steroids during covid cause variation in the pulse ? What is the alarming pulse value ?

Sir, I was out of sorts a few months ago.  There was a fever and it got right but last 10 days ago my heartbeat suddenly increased then I started using aspirin 150 keya or ab. When I wake up in the morning the heartbeat stays normal and the temperature stays 98.1 and the temperature is 98.7 during the day.  Goes or 98.6 and the heartbeat becomes 105.  And the oxygen level stirring in the head is also right.  CRP, Cholesterol and Sugar Level and Thyroid Tests also Normal ab mai kya kero What do I do

My heart rate is always 110 or more even in calm situation. Is it normal? I am 28 years old and recovered from mild covid infection in month of mid march.
