I have high blood pressure problem due to high triglycerides in my blood. Please suggest any Good medication.

My heart rate is still on higher side (resting - 95/ Else 100+ ). BP is almost normal. And I an tested negative on 6th of may. What should I do to normalised my heart rate or heart health.

Hello doctor.. I am a 25 year old woman. For last 20 days I have been suffering from heart palpitations and sudden sharp pain in my left chest. I got my sugar level checked and it came out to be 113 after breakfast. So what could be the reason? A local doctor found it to be anxiety and I took anxiety medicines for 10 days but nothing worked. Do I need to get my ECG and other tests done?

While doing exercises got little pain in the chest And I done ECG it shows that poor R wave progression V3 what is the treatment for this issue

My father had heart problem and had stunt procedure completed 8 years back and taking below medicines. Atorvastatin-40 Clopidogrel-75mg Aspirin Concor-2.5mg Can he take covishield vaccine? Is there any change in medication to be followed before and after vaccine? Please suggest.

Is tachycardia ( may be not persistent)caused by dveniz ie desvenlafaxine common or not . Is that safe for heart in long term . My normal heart rate is between 70 -80?

I want to know which doctor should I consult for sleep apnea. When I am falling asleep just open my eyed due to my heart was stop breathing. Then my heart beats very fast. I could not sleep at all every time I am falling asleep this happens. I think it's sleep apnea. I  If not then what it is ? Which doctor should I check?

My father has hypertension, diabetes and coronary artery disease and on several medications. He takes blood thinner aspirin daily once. Today is his schedule for covaxin. Can he take the vaccine. And follow regular medicines even after the vaccine.

I got postive report for covid on 24th April and again on 10th may, finally getting negative on 29th may. It was moderate level infection with high fever cough and weakness. I am still very weak and my pulse also increased after covid. As a precaution I got myself tested for lipid profile... The results were shocking. .. Cholestrol 254,trigylcerides 444,hdl 45, ldl 174, vldl 88,non hdl 209...An year ago I got myself tested and reports were about okay(trigylcerides were 260,rest everything was withing limits or just borderline)... I was physically active just before covid infection and can have control on my diet... Kindly let me know how to go for the treatment. Is medicine necessary? What else should I do? Regards Ajay
