Lost week I got vaccine but after 3 days I have BP is highly variation 130 /90 to 150 /100 and light chest pain what can I do...

I consulted a doctor and he prescribed 10 mg statin course for 1 month to reduce triglycerides. I am reading on net and everywhere it's written that it needs to be taken life long. So, I am a bit worried of this 1 month course will later lead me to its medication for whole life. Can you please confirm if statin therapy is given for few weeks, just to reduce temporary flare up in cholestrol?

My ecg report come as Short PR interval and probably normal rhythm. Please suggest me the probable treatment.

I am taking inderal 20 since 2019 and now I have reduced dose to 10 mg one time for last 4 days . Now when I am sitting my pulse is 90 and when I stand up it goes 100 . Sometimes it is 80-85. I am having hypothyroidism also . Inderal start due to palpitations . Now I am ok . How I can quit inderal medicine

Fluid drainage after coronary bypass surgery not stopping My father  had a coronary bypass surgery 14 days back. He had 3 chest tubes after the surgery. 2 of those were removed within 5 days. Now it’s been 14 days but the last one hasn’t been removed yet. The doctor is saying that his fluid level is fluctuating. Yesterday it was 250 ml, today it increased to 300ml. Is this serious cause of concern? Can it be life threatening? I am scared.
