Post covid chest pain
I m having chest, and left arm pain since 20 days but my ct scan score is 0/25 all normal, d dimer 0.47,ecg normal and echo is normal and i can run very comfortably what is the reason of chest pain and what to do now and my lipid profile is also normal

Doesn't look like neurological pain, take pain killers, if not subsiding consult..

Hi. If your ECG and Echo is normal and the pain doesn't limit your physical activity rather you can even exert without feeling uncomfortable, then unlikely it is cardiac. There can be other causes like muscle or bone related pain or vitamin deficiency
Next Steps
If the pain is very disturbing you can check vitamin D and B12 levels to see for any deficiency To totally rule out cardiac cause you can do a TMT.
