I have been facing hyper Triglycerides. It was reported 585 today in my blood profile. I want suggestions as which medicine to use and what diet to follow. Hi all, I have started dieting for reducing Weight from 2 months onwards, from 2nd month onwards I am feeling chest pain daily but if eat something like that it is reducing slightly, same problem I faced 1year back during that time deiting also I felt same chest pain. Only one particular point on the chest only pain, I can clear mention that particular point area only paining I can exactly point the pain by my finger. Daily it's paining lift side chest.

I fell from my bike 15 days ago and the handle of my bike hit on my upper left chest part. Pain started after 2 day's. I took OTC Zerodol P for 4 day's. I didn't experience pain when I was taking the pills. But now it pains when I touch my chest with my fingers and also pain radiates till upper back. No other symptoms. It pains when I roll from right to left while sleeping. Sometimes when I move in sitting position. Kindly advise.

From last few days I have observed that my pulse drops below 60 and in deep sleep it goes down to 48-50, I also feel some heaviness around chest whenever I lie down straight with a lot of gas and little dry cough  Is it something serious ?
