Fast Heartbeat
My heartbeat is usually 100-110. No other problems. Once I was having gas pain and for my satisfaction I did ECG and Echocardiogram, both were absolutely normal. Cholesterol is normal too. I am sometimes stressed due to work, at that time it goes upto 125-130 Is there anything to be worried about?

Hi. It is normal for heart rate to go up with any kind of emotional stress or physical activity. If your pulse rate at rest is persistently above 100bpm you could check your thyroid profile and Hb. As anaemia and thyroid issues can cause that. If you have no other symptoms and reports are normal, start exercising regularly. Regular physical activity brings down the resting pulse rate and improves exercise conditioning. So even with stress and physical activity you won't have exaggerated and disproportionate rise in pulse rate.
