  4. Strong heartbeat. Could be the reason?

Strong heartbeat
I feel a  strong heartbeat,not palpitations, almost everyday,without any reason,even when iam just sitting relaxed.it is so strong that for a second. I feel that heart has stopped.it is very uncomfortable.what could be the reason?

You should visit a Physician for basic evaluation including blood tests and Cardiac evaluation
