From last few days I have observed that my pulse drops below 60 and in deep sleep it goes down to 48-50, I also feel some heaviness around chest whenever I lie down straight with a lot of gas and little dry cough  Is it something serious ?

Hlo dr. I m feeling randomly shortness of breath 1 month ago for 2 week now it's came down but now I feel loss of energy and like lots of load on mind when I checking my oxygen level it's showing 98 but pulse rate is 100 or above sometimes it's came down feeling ghabrahat my rtpcr is negative also on 30 th of April and problem started from 23 of April what I have to do kindly suggest.

I have instable heart rate. I have fitness band which says my pulse rate went down to 42 beats per second during sleep. During day time I see its going up to 100 to 120 beats per second. My bp during last two checks were 140/90 and 130/90 and pulse during these tests were high. Did ECG all is fine. But this very low heart beat during sleep is worrying me. I studied norma resting pulse rate is 60 somewhere. Can someone help

He is home quarantine..his temperature is normal now..no breathing problem is there and he has oxygen level of 98.

Is is safe to keep him home quarantine if ct value is 24???. But there is no breathing issue in him so we have not admitted him to hospital..and his family has also tested positive now
