Since yesterday i am feeling heaviness in chest and breathing issue . My bp is about 150/100 . Pls suggest

Sir, recently I got miscarriage in last month. From 3 weeks I'm getting chest pain and left hand pain. sometimes I feel  palpitation at midnight Sudden awake im experiencing and a severe pain in chest and feeling heavy in middle ea. Kindly suggest me whom I can consult.

My father got covid positive, at that time his sugar level went abnormally High 250(fasting) this was about 1 month ago and then he got covid negative (it's been more than 15 days now) after he come home his sugar level was 203 and cholesterol was also High. We consulted to a doctor online she suggested some medicine ( mentioned in the description) , exercise, avoid sweets or other surgery items and also oily food.More on later after following the advice, his sugar level was 114(fasting) and 127(after fasting). Hi my mother is suffering from hypertension and high blood sugar since last 8 years.  Currently she has controlled blood sugar and blood pressure is inbetween 85/135 and 95/155 ( Fluctuates in between). following medicines has been taken by her -- Sartel am 5/40 twice daily, metaformin 1000mg twice daily , lantus insulin 8 unit once daily. Is it safe for her to take covid vaccination?
