My heart rate is constantly at 115 to 135+
No physical symptoms apart from sore throat, no other medical issues, not on any medication. People say this is a sign of heart attack. Or just anxiety?

It's not a sign of heat attack. But if it is persistently higher, need to rule out arrhythmias, so take an ECG and consultation. It may be due to anxiety also. But rule out heart problems.
