Dear sir or mam, My echo report shows lvdd grade 1 and mild conc lvh, is lvdd grade 1 is reversible or not. Mild conc lvh is curable or not. I attached my echo report , please suggest, is anything serious,  n I'm regular drinker,I'm very worried.

After covid my pulse rate goes 100+ and also i had palpitaion..so dr suggest echocardiography. I attached my report.is my  report normal?is trivial tricuspid regurgitation need treatment?

My mother is having three medicine as below 1- Rivaroxaban 20Mg 10Am 1Dose 2- Ecosprin 150/20 10pm 1 dose 3-Betaoc 25Mg 2 dose 10am and 10pm Are the above mentioned medicine should be continued? My mother had mital valve repair in 2009 and left leg above the knee amuptation in Jan 2021. Please suggest .

Is COVAXIN safe for me? I am hypertensive (150/90) and also have sinus tachycardia.. my heart rate stays in higher range and in situations of anxiety raise upto 130/140 I am on SUSTAMETO 50 mg since 4 weeks I am doing fine on the medicine except that even if I miss 1 day dose my heart starts palpitating. I discussed with my doc to reduce dose to 25 mg but he exclaimed that low dose won't work much. 50 mg is suited ... Plz advise me about vaccine and alleviate my apprehensions about the same

My heart beat is so fastly.i am not properly sleep. In sleeping time chest is very tightly and my left hand and left leg shivering and I have some breathing problem also. I have duodenal ulcers. I have used nexprord 40 medicine also used. But still pain can't reduced. Please any suggestions

Feeling pinpoint pain in left side of chest. Sometime it come and sometime it gone automatically. I can't understand it is due to anxiety or gas problem.

My mother had mital valve repair in 2009 and left above knee amputation in 2021 Jan and she is taking below medicine and No BP,No diabetic 1-Rivaroxaban 20mg 1dose 10am 2- Ecosprin 150/20  1 dose 10pm 3- Betaloc 25mg - 2 dose 10am/10pm I have three questions- 1- Shall we continue these medicine only or any modification required? 2- As we consulted few cardiologist some suggest Warf should be given not Rivaroxaban why? 3- Do we need to discontinue any above medicine for some days for vaccination? Please advice it will be helpful for us thanks

Lateral ST-T abnormality suggests myocardial injury/ischemia.low qrs voltages in precordial leades abnormal ecg plz suggest is it danger or not
