Hello Sir/Madam The attached reports of ECG and Echo are done as an part of yearly routine check up. The person is not experiencing any chest pain or breathlessness and does all the regular activities. He is having sugar and tanking the medication for the same. His HBA1C is 6.5. Please look after the reports. Is it normal?

I was on oxygenated bed. I have been discharged from hospital 25 back. My oxygen level is 94-97. My pulse rate 70-90 at rest . My pulse rate is 100-110+ when I walks or do any activity. Why it is high pulse rate? No chest pain, no breathlessness and no heaviness of chest.

I am having heaviness in jaw and chest today morning.. last week I was having too many palpitations and dizziness so ecg was done which was normal..
