My chest x-ray shows Bronchovascular markings appears prominent in bilateral lungs fields.. what does it means? Is there anything to worry about?

Echo done due to high HR, shortness of breath on exertion and mild chest pain. Echo shows mild MR jet area 2.5 sqcm, mild TR with mild PAH(RVSP 45mmhg) and tachycardia 121bpm during study. Thyroid and hemoglobin tests came back normal. Is mild PAH should be followed up?

Every time I eat I get felling anxious with pulse rate of around 120 which sometimes goes beyond 120 (highest goen 180, mostly happens when I am seating or lying which gets better when I stand up and starts walking. My doctor says you are over thinking and gave inderal la 20 mg tablets. Which helps me in lowing down my pulse but sometime I feel weired (like nervousness between my chests and throat )even when my pulse is perfectly normal i.e. Around 70 -75. I have gerd and allergic rhinitis also is this due to any of these conditions or it is a heart related or its anxiety only. As I have done ecg which is normal. This happens for around 10 months every day and whole day. When I wake up I am perfectly alright but after breakfast it starts and remains for the day until a take pill of inderal la. Also sometimes i feel i am unable to concentrate i.e. some pressure or hard to see. Also vertigo sometimes. also pain in eye lid on sides with swelling. Kindly help in this regards.

I had Covid 28-30 days before. 1)Till 15 days I had high fever -Took paracetamol. 2)16th day I was facing breathing problem after walking 3)On 27th April I got hospitalised and I had given oxygen till 6th May. 4)7th and 8th I was without oxygen and on 9th I was discharged. Right now I have oxygen level-(92-94) at normal breathing and 95-97 when I take deep breathing. But many a times my heart beat is high. I am taking steam, doing breathing exercises. Pl suggest me steps to improve my condition.

Dear doctor I got infected with covid disease and got hospitalized for 10 days. Have given steroids and remediviser for treatment in hospital. Now i am discharge 8 days before. Although at time of discharge my HRCT score is 6.Now from last 12days i am constantly having chest pain on left side. In hospital also i have complained about it so they have done ECG( 12 Days before) which was normal. Pls suggest as my D Dimer score is normal in yesterday report also. Oxygen level is also 97 BPM is around 100.

Hi, my father underwent valve surgery many years ago. He is on regular medication like ecosprin, Warf 5. Etc. his current INR is 2.4. Is it advisable to get vaccinated if on these medication? Please suggest. Thanks in advance :)

Hi recently recovered from covid, as part of tests my hscrp came as 15. What does it mean and how to lower it??

My heart starts pounding after climbing stairs or running/fast walking. it also happen when i suddenly get up from lying.Done all the blood tests given by doctor,all are normal.I have done ecg too. Is there any thing to worry about it.

Patient has recovered from Covid but pulse rate is 110 daily in the evening but it's 87-89 after He wakes up in the morning.Also, there's no other symptoms or problems. Please suggest if there's anything we need to worry

I am facing this issue since past few weeks where I feel that I missed few beats very little chest pain and restlessness and I am not able to sleep well also and my pulse rate is mostly 53-58 sometimes it is 47 also and it fluctuates also like last night it was fluctuating between 54 to 102 is it any sign of heart problem. Anything to worry.
