Respected sir/ma'am I got my first dose of covishield vaccine yesterday at 1:30pm, from today's morning 8 am I am having resting pulse rate of 100-110. I also have fever 101 and pain in injection site near shoulder . Sir /ma'am , is this indication that my heart is affected by vaccine? What to do sir/ma'am, kindly guide.

Hello, In past check-up founded Hypertension and taken below medication for 8-10 months. 1. Telmikind Beta 25 (1st 5 months) 2. Met xl 3d 25/6.5 (3-4 months) Currently not taking any medication, & monitoring BP at home by Omron BP Monitor Its shows 78-85/123-135 reading most of time Does have high BP still?? Kerala govt have started for 18+  vaccination from this week. They are giving priorities and first slot to comorbid conditions with doctor certificate. I would like to know if CABG falls in comorbid health condition. I can see from the government list CABG along with Diabetes or Hypertension. I did Bypass on Feb 2020 and they also given heart condition in an year. I'm attaching the list of condition they published. Kindly let me know my condition is eligible for comorbid health condition which can get priority for Vaccination. I'm attaching the list of comobid published by the government authorities.

Blood Pressure of 7-8  years. After continuous Jogging in interval 10-12 days  he feels pounding heart and noticed movement with every pusle . (If he stops jogging above said problems would not be there )Tiered ness ,Sweating,Unable to manage food consumption. I have problem related to heart Palpitation and hypertension. I am 35 years old and weight is 85. Taking propranolol which controlled both the problems. It has been 1 year i am taking it. When i stop taking propranolol the palpitation again starts. Though my hear beats normal while resting it goes up to 125 when doing a small work. My hb and thyroid and cholesterol are ok and ecg also normal. Is it safe to continue propranolol for longer period.
