Is it ok taking carvedilol 6.25mg and cilnidipine ip ( cinod) 20 mg tablets twice a day. Serum creatinine is 5.9 mg Bp 182/108 mmHg Bp 198/111 mmHg He is a diabetic patient using metformjn hydrochloride glimeprideand vogil 500 mg tablet daily once. Plz advice.. Thank you..

Hi What is RHU Rheumatic heart disease . What are the risk here how frequent we should do tests related to this. What kind of tests need to be repeated regularly. How can we measure the seriousness or criticality level of this situation.

Left chest little swollen and if I touch then there is a pain if I squeeze or press and sometimes no pain.

My heart beat is fast and I can hear my own heartbeat. My back neck and back neck is pulsating. I have been experiencing this heart palpitations since January 2021. I consulted cardiologist and took ecg and echo. Reports are attached and is normal. He prescribed trika for anxiety, but the symptoms are not subsiding. Please also note that I am taking thyronorm 25 mcg for tsh 6.59. I took blood test in March and the tsh came down to 2.5. are these symptoms related to thyroid issues? I read in some websites that magnesium deficiency is causing these problems. Can u prescribe some magnesium supplements for me, please.

Sir , day back I had stiffness in left side chest and neck.. I went to ER.. where series of ecg conducted.. ecg attached. I was given emergency medicine.. once like ecosprin 300. Atorvas and lupid.. my ckmb was 14 & 11.. sgpt and sgot below 30.. in past I had been gone through TMT, ECHO, even angiography (last year) all were normal.. Issue sir is. Earlier my bp used to be 140-145/85-95.. but since emergency medicine I have taken my bp is below 107 / 75.. I am not taking any medicine.. and taken bp two time in aday morning and evening.. Why such a change. Sir

I am suffering from super ventricular techycardia problem last 10 yrs.i had got radio frequency ablation surgery 2019 but my problem is not solve surgery is unsuccessful.till now I take dilzem 60 nd concor cor 2.5. i had undergo surgery again yes or not . which treatment is used my problem is permanently solve.plz suggest me.

My heartbeat at resting is 100+,minor activities makes it jump to 130 accompanying shortness of breath, little pinch like pain occurs for few seconds any tym a day. is it normal? I am b12 deficient and taking b12 shots since 2 months weekly, it was 233. not diabetes, no thyroid.  low b12 levels n low vit d(6 only) taking neuro treatment for b12. is heart rate a danger sign or normal? how serious it could be?
