What heart disease? Which medicines he is taking? Is he on Acitrom or warfarin? If not he can take vaccination safely If taking Acitrom or warfarin then need to check INR first

Considering comorbidities and Heart disease I recommend COVID vaccination. The heart disease as well as the medications he is on for the disease are not a contraindication for vaccination . Safely he can take it
