Heart Problems & Remedies

I am facing mild chest near heart and followed by left hand nerve pain since 15 days 3 times. Could some one please let me know what might be the iisue.

Age 23 Weight 110kg Height 178cm On thyroid medication thyrofit 75 mg (under control) My blood pressure readings are in range of 130/80 to 140/90 Does it indicates a need of medicine My full body reports are attached in profile if you can access them.

I am 23 yes old I am getting some weird feeling for few minutes in chest , while drinking water I feel it is going into heart  I am drinking more water now a days,  I am doing all my works routine I can walk more than 5km daily eating food like normal but the feeling is weird can't explain it is not paining or pressuring but some thing different may be some thing like gathering

Sometimes pain to back sides of chest not continuously. Like pining in back sides few minutes then 2day 3day different pain to back sides.

Can anyone prefer what to do after these reports ? I have got covid positive on 16th april and tested negative on 3rd may. I had medicines of covid at that time and home remidis of hot water with lemon and honey. I have very less intake of water which is around 1.5l of water.

I am taking regular medicine of the above. Which vaccine is recommended to me. Other wise I can wait for some time

My father has undergone stent Operation in 2018 and he was prescribed with Horlicks cardia plus but now the Horlicks stoped selling it. Please tell the alternate sir it's urgent.

I usually have 100+ pulse per min. Even when I am in resting stage.. What is the reason for this?

Few days ago I had mild fever, then severe acidity then too much dizziness and puking, later I found I was having low BP coz of which I've been feeling the head spinning and nausea. Now that ive recovered a bit but I still feel fatigue, light dizziness and tired throughout the day. Why so? What can be done?
