Sudden rise in heartbeat
Sudden rise in heartbeat in gap of two days , felt like water raised up in a pipe and then rapid heartbeats felt. I have history of low bp , suffering from anxiety since a year. Had excessive anxiety issue improved considerably now but it exists. Had ecgs and ultrasound, 2d echo in past due to left chest pain came out as nerve pain , muscle issue. I'm not looking for consultation pls guide me

If you are having anxiety, ur heart rate increases due to anxiety. So practice yoga or meditation to reduce anxiety and stress. As all cardiac tests are normal, no need to worry.
