My ASO level is 755 . I am suffering from this since 2016 . Can i take covid vaccine in this situation. Isn't it harmful for me

I am 28 years old, have bp of 130/80 Ecg- sinus techicardia otherwise normal and echo report is grade 1 diastolic dysfunction and holter test result is normal. I regularly practice pranayama (bhastrika,kapalbhati and anulom vilom etc) Can i prectice surya namaskar also along with pranayama? Kindly answer in detail as i am in younger age

My mother suffering with covid and discharged from while we are in hospital she taken covid profile test crp level is 60 and d-dimer result 2152 after disharged from hospital again she went for crp 23 and d- dimer result 1053

After being recovered from Covid-19 I experienced slight pain in heart. Now after 15 days of my recovery it still feels like stabbing heart pain. I got my ECG done. It is normal. It got my Lipid profile test done. The results are as under: Total cholesterol is  142mg/dl LDL is  75mg/dl But HDL is  42mg /dl which should be above 50 in women. What is the reason of this pain and low level of HDL? Please help How to increase HDL?

The day before being tested my diet was full of oily stuffs and bhature. The day I got tested, I had a cup of full cream tea 2 hours before having test. Could it be a reason for increased triglyceride ? As I am a regular intense weight exercise trainee on natural diet. My pulse rate at rest is always 80-90

I m 21 year old and doing gym regularly fron 3 years and using only whey protein and on 15/5/21 I m diagnosed with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Is this any kind of seriousness. I m very frightened due to this.Can it be cured or prevented. Please answar quick as soon as possible.
